How It Works

Once you have looked at the services that we can provide, you can contact us in order for an initial, free of charge consultation to take place by telephone, email or in person.

This consultation enables us to find out more about you, your occasion, any initial ideas, thoughts or concerns you may have about the occasion in order for us to develop some potential themes, ideas, colour schemes and styles.

We will discuss an overall budget for the occasion and how much involvement you require us to have.

An agreement on how and when you would like us to contact you on an ongoing basis will be made.

After this consultation we will prepare a personal quote for the services you require for the occasion including the overall cost of our services.

If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed with our services a non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.

A copy of the time plan for your occasion will then be forwarded to you along with shortlists of suppliers who meet your requirements.

Appointments can be arranged on your behalf with preferred suppliers and can be attended with you if required.
